The Owners Counsel of America has elected Attorney Michael F. Faherty, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to serve as the Pennsylvania representative. The organization is a national network of experienced eminent domain trial attorneys who assist property owners in the exercise of their constitutional rights.

Jay R. Braderman joined the firm as a shareholder. He now directs the Family Law practice group.

The law firm welcomed a new shereholder in June, 2010. Thomas Ollason continues his insurance defense practice in workers' compensation, civil rights and insurance coverage.
