We are pleased to welcome Amy L. Coryer back to the firm. Ms. Coryer had been with the firm for seven years before managing a major case unit in the Public Sector department of a major insurance carrier for the last two years. Ms. Coryer has practiced in the field of insurance defense with a focus on motor vehicle law, trucking, general liability, municipal liability, civil rights and employment practices liability. The Owners Counsel of America has elected Attorney Michael F. Faherty, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to serve as the Pennsylvania representative. The organization is a national network of experienced eminent domain trial attorneys who assist property owners in the exercise of their constitutional rights.

Jay R. Braderman joined the firm as a shareholder. He now directs the Family Law practice group.

The law firm welcomed a new shereholder in June, 2010. Thomas Ollason continues his insurance defense practice in workers' compensation, civil rights and insurance coverage.
