Sunshine J. Miller is an associate with Lavery, Faherty, Young and Patterson. Sunshine’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, employment liability, and professional liability.   

Prior to joining the firm, Sunshine served as a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Walker of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Pennsylvania. She worked with an insurance defense firm in Lancaster and later with a large insurance defense firm in Harrisburg.

Sunshine has lectured on employment-related topics including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.

Sunshine is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the Pennsylvania University - Dickinson School of Law.
