Robert G. Hanna is a shareholder of Lavery, Faherty, Young and Patterson. Mr. Hanna's primary practice is in the field of governmental liability. He has served as lead counsel in approximately 100 jury trials.

Mr. Hanna is a frequent lecturer to governmental and police groups. His many publications have included the current Pennsylvania Act 120 curriculum for police on the use of force.

His services to governmental entities, insurance companies and employers have also included representation in the areas of: professional liability, premises liability, civil rights, insurer bad faith and employment law. Mr. Hanna is a 1973 graduate of Temple University School of Law and a former adjunct professor at Villanova University.
