Richard J. Cogan
Richard Cogan focuses his practice on the representation of employers and insurers in Workers Compensation disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked at a general practice law firm in Philadelphia handling a diverse case load ranging from pre-trial civil motions to representing Clients in guardianship proceedings.
Richard earned both his JD and MBA from Rutgers University in 2017 and graduated Cum Laude from the MBA program. During law school, Richard was an intern for two Bankruptcy Judges and a Chancery Division Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Additionally, Richard was the Business and Marketing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a student research fellow for the Rutgers Center for Law and Corporate Governance. Prior to entering law school, Richard attended Muhlenberg College where he graduated with a double major in Economics and Finance.
