Peter J. Carfley
Attorney Pete Carfley joined Lavery Law in March 2015 to handle the Eminent Domain practice representing landowners statewide with property rights and valuation issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carfley was in private practice in Central Pennsylvania handling a myriad of real estate matters involving condemnation proceedings, negotiation of oil and gas leases, right-of-way agreements, quiet title and ejectment actions, sales and option agreements, municipal law issues and many other land use and planning concerns.
Pete has extensive litigation experience throughout the Commonwealth appearing in over twenty counties and handling cases at all stages from inception through trial as well as significant participation in alternative dispute resolution settlement conferences. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and Economics at Penn State University.
