Michael F. Faherty is a shareholder and he directs marketing efforts. His practice is primarily devoted to eminent domain litigation and he supervises workers' compensation and unemployment compensation services.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Faherty was the lead eminent domain attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and then a partner in a large multi-state law firm. He recently served as president of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He now serves as the Pennsylvania Counsel to the Owners Counsel of America.

Mr. Faherty is a 1979 honors graduate of Lebanon Valley College. He earned a Master of Arts degree in personnel psychology and a Graduate Certificate in gerontology from the University of Akron. He is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where he served on the Women's Rights Law Reporter.
