Cheryl L. Kovaly is a shareholder of Lavery, Faherty, Young and Patterson. Her primary practice is in the field of civil rights.

Ms. Kovaly practices general liability law involving: civil rights, municipal liability, professional liability, premises liability and personal injury matters. Ms. Kovaly has significant experience in: contract law, tort law, subrogation, personnel law, and labor law compliance. As a prior Commonwealth attorney, Ms. Kovaly possesses significant experience with governmental affairs and regulations.

Ms. Kovaly is a graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where she received a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in political science. She received her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law.
