Andrew W. Norfleet
Andrew “Andy” Norfleet has been in the private practice of law since 1999. At Lavery Law he concentrates his practice on public entity liability, labor and employment and professional liability including civil rights suits and common-law tort claims. He also represents adults and juveniles charged with crimes throughout Central Pennsylvania as well as adults alleged to be incapacitated individuals.
Prior to joining Lavery Law, he was a managing attorney with a large Central Pennsylvania litigation firm, managing the firm’s Social Security disability practice. Prior to that, he operated a litigation partnership for eight years in the Lemoyne/Camp Hill area. After graduating from law school, he served as an associate and later as a managing partner with a major Harrisburg litigation firm where he represented clients in the firm’s insurance defense practice and initiated and managed the firm’s Social Security disability practice group. While attending law school he served as the Executive Director of Dauphin County Pretrial services.
He has lectured on the topic of the Social Security disability appellate process at national conferences and to local attorney and human service providers. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Norfleet is a proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Political Science and a BA in American History. He received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law.
